We are an established and rapidly growing South Florida divorce and family law firm seeking a Professional Law Firm Administrator to help build the operational infrastructure for our next stage of growth. This is not an office manager position. We are looking for an experienced law firm operator who understands how a high-performing legal organization should run and has the experience to help us build it.

You May Be a Strong Fit If...

You naturally walk into an operation and ask:

Where is work getting stuck? Who owns this? What should we measure? Is the process documented? Is the team following it? Can technology improve it? Will this system still work when the Firm is significantly larger? You do not wait for the CEO to identify operational problems. You find them, determine the root cause, build the solution, and make sure the solution sticks.

You are equally comfortable discussing strategy with executives, reviewing performance data with managers, and getting into the details of a workflow when something is not working.

Location: South Florida

Schedule: Full-time, in-office, with travel to Firm locations as needed
