S E Civil has an immediate opening for a Professional Land Surveyor in Fairhope, Alabama. You will lead boundary and topographic surveys, subdivision plats, and elevation certificates, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates hold an Alabama PLS license, strong project management skills, and communicate effectively with survey crews, engineers, and clients. Proficiency with Total Stations, GPS, data collection, AutoCAD, Carlson or Civil 3D is expected.

Qualifikationen

Responsibilities

S E Civil has an immediate opening for an experienced Professional Land Surveyor in Fairhope, Alabama. Responsibilities include creation and QA/QC for Boundary and Topographic Surveys, Subdivision Plats, and Elevation Certificates.

• PLS license in Alabama (PSM license in Florida a bonus)
• Strong Project Management Experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with Survey Crews, Engineers, and Clients

• Experience with Survey Equipment including Total Stations, GPS and Data Collection

Salary ranges from $90k to $120k based on experience/skill level.
