Job summary

S E Civil in Fairhope, Alabama seeks an experienced Survey Cad Technician to join our team and handle boundary and topographic surveys, subdivision plats and elevation certificates.

The role is full-time and in-person with 40 hours per week, typically 7:00–5:00 Mon–Thu and 8:00–Noon Fri. Competitive salary range $50k–$80k with benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, and retirement matching.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating and QA/QC for boundary and topographic surveys.
• Strong project management experience is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with survey crews, engineers, and clients.
• Highest standards for accuracy and detail.
• Experience with survey equipment including Total Stations, GPS, and data collection.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Carlson or Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

Creation and QA/QC for Boundary and Topographic Surveys, Subdivision Plats, and Elevation Certificates.

Salary ranges from $50k to $80k based on experience/skill level.
