ASPLS in Fairhope, Alabama seeks an experienced Survey Cad Technician for boundary and topographic surveys, subdivision plats, and elevation certificates. The candidate should have strong project management, effective communication with crews, engineers, and clients, and a dedication to accuracy and detail.

Proficiency with survey equipment (total stations, GPS, data collection) and software (AutoCAD, Carlson or Civil 3D) is required.

S E Civil has an immediate opening for an experienced Survey Cad Technician in Fairhope, Alabama. Responsibilities include creation and QA/QC for Boundary and Topographic Surveys, Subdivision Plats, and Elevation Certificates. Applicant should meet the following requirements:

• Strong Project Management Experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with Survey Crews, Engineers, and Clients
• Highest Standards for Accuracy and Detail
• Experience with Survey Equipment including Total Stations, GPS, and Data Collection
• Experience with Autocad and Carlson (or Civil 3D)

Salary ranges from $50k to $80k based on experience/skill level. Our office is located in beautiful Fairhope, Alabama, minutes from the Bay and 45 minutes to the Gulf of America.

Work Location - Position is full time, in-person, in Fairhope, Alabama.

Work Schedule - 40 hours/week, 7:00 to 5:00 Monday-Thursday, 8:00 to Noon Fridays
