Job summary

S E Civil has an immediate opening for a Professional Land Surveyor in Fairhope, Alabama. You will lead boundary and topographic surveys, subdivision plats, and elevation certificates, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates hold an Alabama PLS license, strong project management skills, and communicate effectively with survey crews, engineers, and clients. Proficiency with Total Stations, GPS, data collection, AutoCAD, Carlson or Civil 3D is expected.

Qualifications

• PLS license in Alabama (PSM license in Florida a bonus).
• Strong Project Management Experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Survey Crews, Engineers, and Clients.
• Highest Standards for Accuracy and Detail.
• Experience with Survey Equipment including Total Stations, GPS and Data Collection.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Carlson (or Civil 3D).

Responsibilities
