Job summary

Pickering, Corts & Summerson, Inc. in Phillipsburg, NJ is seeking a Surveyor to lead field surveys and project planning, coordinating survey activities on projects in the region.

The role requires licensure as a Professional Land Surveyor in PA, experience with boundary, topographic, construction, and as-built surveys, and familiarity with PennDOT standards; proficiency with Civil 3D, MicroStation, Total Station, GPS/RTK is desirable.

Qualifications

Must be a Professional Land Surveyor in PA
Capable of performing, reviewing and certifying Boundary, Topographic, Construction and As-Built surveys
Familiarity with PennDOT standards is highly desirable
Proficiency with Civil 3D, MicroStation is also desirable
Proficient using Total Station, Robotics, GPS, RTK, and other survey equipment
Experience performing hydrographic surveys is desirable

Planning and coordination of survey projects
Conducting field surveys (boundary, topographic, and construction surveys)
Prepare legal descriptions
Adherence to project schedules and budgets
