LHH is seeking a Survey Office Manager in Virginia Beach to lead an operation of about 20 employees, including field crews and survey teams. The role focuses on guiding survey operations, office leadership, and driving project success.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of relevant surveying experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and people-management experience.
• Strong understanding of survey operations.
• Experience managing survey teams and/or a surveying office.
• Ability to contribute to business development and growth.

• Surveying and project operations
• Lead day-to-day office and survey operations
• Manage and develop technical teams
• Oversee project and field operations
• Support business development and marketing initiatives
• Partner with senior leadership on growth strategy
• Ensure projects and teams operate efficiently
• Help build and scale the Virginia Beach operation

Excellent bonus opportunity — potentially up to approximately $60,000 / ~30% of salary
