LHH in Chantilly, VA seeks an experienced land survey leader to drive projects from start to finish. You will oversee both field and office teams, manage scopes, schedules and budgets, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring quality and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of land surveying experience, a Virginia PLS license or eligibility, and strong knowledge of boundary, ALTA/NSPS, and topographic surveying, with proficiency in Civil 3D and Trimble/Leica equipment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of relevant land surveying experience
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Virginia, or eligibility to obtain Virginia licensure
• Strong knowledge of boundary, topographic, and ALTA/NSPS surveying
• Experience with surveying project management, team coordination, and client delivery
• Proficiency with industry surveying software and equipment, including Civil 3D and Trimble/Leica or comparable systems

Salary

SALARY: $83,200–$141,440 annually
