Job Title: Professional Land Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Lead land surveying projects from initiation to completion, including boundary surveys, topographic mapping, and construction layout.
• Utilize advanced surveying technology such as GPS and total stations to gather data and deliver accurate results.
• Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and legal descriptions adhering to industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in North and/or South Carolina or Certified FS.
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field.
• At least 2 years of land surveying experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GPS/GNSS systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Commitment to quality, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
