At KFH, our Survey department is based in Wimbledon, but this is a remote role with requirements to travel for surveys and valuations.

You will report to our Head of Survey.

Responsibilities of a Residential Surveyor:

• Producing accurate, high-quality valuation reports for lenders and private clients
• Maintaining strong market knowledge and staying updated on market changes
• Observing RICS regulatory requirements and being aware of updates, including those related to the Red Book
• Understanding company policies and procedures, including Quality Assurance and Health & Safety
• Providing high levels of customer service
