Position Overview:We are currently seeking a dedicated Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S.) or LSIT Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in drafting with Carlson/Civil 3D, TDS, Carlson CE, and experience working with robots, GPS/RTK. This position offers a great opportunity to grow professionally and contribute to exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and surveying using Carlson/Civil 3D, TDS, Carlson CE, and GPS/RTK equipment
• Managing record mapping, as-built surveys, topographic surveys, and subdivisions
• Creating 3D surface models and preparing data for earthwork quantities
• Performing construction stakeout calculations and other surveying tasks as required
• Overseeing survey projects and ensuring high-quality, accurate results
• Collaborating with other team members and clients to meet project goals

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of minimum experience in land surveying
• Proficient in drafting and surveying software (Carlson/Civil 3D, TDS, Carlson CE)
• Experience with GPS/RTK and other survey technology
• Strong knowledge of record mapping, as-builts, subdivisions, topographic surveys, and 3D modeling
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
