As a Professional Land Surveyor, you will play a key role in boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, topographic and construction staking projects. You will collaborate closely with our engineers, survey technicians, and clients to ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and with the highest level of professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and oversee boundary, topographic, and construction surveys
• Prepare plats, legal descriptions, and survey reports
• Manage field crews and provide technical support
• Conduct research of public records, plats, and property boundaries
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Work closely with civil engineers, CAD technicians, and project managers
• Mentor junior staff and assist in professional development

Qualifications:

• Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in Missouri, or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months
• 5+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Proficient in surveying software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of land surveying practices, boundary law, and ALTA/NSPS standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Drone (UAS) operation certification is a plus (not required)
