FirstService Residential is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for properties in the West Palm Beach area. Responsibilities include cleaning, inspecting spaces, and reporting maintenance needs to the Supervisor. This role may involve indoor and outdoor tasks depending on community requirements.

The position emphasizes strong customer service and adherence to safety guidelines, with multiple language skills encouraged and opportunities for professional growth within a full-time team.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Multiple language fluency desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Performs cleaning/maintenance duties including sweeping, mopping, shampooing, dusting, polishing, trash disposal, restroom cleaning and window washing.
• Informs Supervisor of needed supplies and keeps area stocked.
• Maintains cleaning solutions per OSHA guidelines for hazardous chemicals.
• Inspects assigned areas daily and reports discrepancies to Supervisor; follows safety procedures.
• Completes daily work orders and maintains equipment in good working condition.
