Job summary

Cristal Clear Cleaning LLC. is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to deliver exceptional cleaning services for clients’ homes. You will travel to customer locations and perform a range of cleaning tasks with attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have prior housekeeping experience, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills to ensure high-quality service and a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping/janitorial experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites.
• Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions.
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment.
• Able to work around dogs/cats, dust, mold and cleaning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Use provided equipment (vacuum, cleaners) to clean customer homes.
• Clean all surfaces in the home (fans, blinds, fixtures, baseboards, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets).
• Clean floors, including hands-and-knees cleaning in kitchens/bathrooms.
• Vacuum stairs, carpet, hard floors and furniture.
• Move movable furniture to clean under and behind.
• Carry cleaning products and equipment to and from office, vehicle, and homes.
• Maintain supplies and equipment; assist in stocking.
• Be punctual, in uniform, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by consistently cleaning homes. You will be traveling to customers' homes and providing a variety of cleaning services.

You are someone who takes pride in your work, operating with high integrity and efficiency while serving customers. You have an eye for the details and go above & beyond to make an impact on our customers!

Responsibilities:

• Effectively use provided equipment -- including vacuums and cleaning solutions -- to clean customer homes
• Clean all surfaces in the home, including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floor
• Ability to clean floors on hands and knees in kitchens and bathrooms
• Vacuum all stairs, carpet, hard surface floors, and furniture
• Move all reasonably moveable furniture to clean under and behind
• Carry all cleaning products and equipment to and from office, vehicle, and customers’ homes
• Assist in keeping supplies stocked and maintaining equipment
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time
