FirstService Residential in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to perform cleaning and basic maintenance across community buildings. The role involves indoor and outdoor work, with reporting to the Supervisor on daily activities and outcomes.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and prior custodial experience. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential, and multilingual abilities are a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Performs cleaning and maintenance duties such as sweeping, mopping, shampooing, dusting, polishing, trash disposal, light bulb replacement and window cleaning.
• Informs Supervisor of needed supplies.
• Maintains cleaning solutions per OSHA safety requirements.
• Removes trash and assists in emergency cleaning.
• Uses new equipment properly and follows safety procedures.
• Maintains friendly and professional attitude while on duty.
• Ensures proper stock levels of sanitizing and cleaning supplies for assigned areas.
• Inspects areas daily and reports discrepancies to Supervisor.
• Adheres to security procedures at all times.
• Completes daily work orders as scheduled.
• Maintains equipment in good working condition.
