Bombardier Aerospace Mexico (B.A.M) seeks an Intern in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) to support project documentation, meetings, and KPI data collection. This role involves updating reports, coordinating with stakeholders, and contributing to HSE initiatives.

The position offers exposure to ISO 45001/14001 concepts, audits, and environmental management activities, with responsibilities to improve procedures and templates while collaborating across teams.

Qualificações

• Degree in Industrial/Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced English with strong written and spoken communication.
• Basic knowledge of project management tools like Microsoft Project.
• Strong organizational, analytical and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
• Basic familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Ability to work with data, prepare reports, and present findings.

• Prepare and update project documentation and reports.
• Participate in project follow-up meetings and stakeholder coordination.

What are your contributions to the team?

• You will support the preparation and updating of project documentation.
• You will participate in project follow-up meetings.
• You will monitor assigned tasks and coordinate with the stakeholders responsible to ensure their timely completion.

• You will participate in communication and awareness campaigns related to health, safety, and environmental matters.
• You will contribute to developing and improving management system procedures, work instructions, and templates.
• You will support the management of nonconformities, corrective actions, and opportunities for improvement.

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience

• You have a degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• You have an advanced level of English, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• You have basic knowledge of project management tools, such as Microsoft Project.
• You demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
• You have basic knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• You can work with data, prepare reports, and present key findings.
• You demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• You have an advanced level of English and can participate effectively in business meetings with colleagues from sites outside Mexico.
• You have previously participated in environmental management or Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) projects.
• You have knowledge or experience participating in internal audits.
