Job summary

Vital Records Control (VRC) in Reno, NV seeks a Driver responsible for collecting customer information across media types and delivering with care, using company vehicles.

You will drive vans or box trucks to client locations, maintain on-time performance, and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment while following federal and state laws and company policies. Must be able to read maps and work overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Able to work overtime including holidays.
• Strong navigational and map-reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive vans or box trucks to customer locations for service needs.
• Report to work on time prepared to perform the duties of the position.
• Meet department productivity and quality standards.
• Receive, comprehend, and respond appropriately to direction.
• Work with customers to fulfill customer service requests.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor or DOO.
• In inclement weather, report two hours early to handle delays and tire chains if necessary.
