Job summary

American Physiological Society seeks a Professional Development Program Manager to lead the design, execution and continuous improvement of its professional development offerings. You will manage in-person, virtual and on-demand programs, coordinate faculty, volunteers and staff, and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

Responsibilities include LMS administration, learner communications, and collaboration with the Professional Development Director to develop new formats

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 4–6 years in professional development/education.
• Experience managing educational programs, courses or webinars with speakers/volunteers.
• Knowledge of adult learning and instructional design principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and evaluation of professional development programs.
• Administer APS LMS, enrollments, communications and tracking.
• Coordinate with volunteers, subject matter experts and staff across programs.
