Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality service delivery across assigned clients.

You will ensure continuity of care, support professional growth, and uphold clinical judgment and organizational leadership aligned with PBS Corp.'s standards. You will coordinate with regional teams to maintain efficiency, ensure client satisfaction, and monitor staff scheduling while complying with state regulations and licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold active state licensure and/or BCaBA certification.
• Credentials may vary by service location and state requirements.
• Compliance with licensure and certification requirements is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
