Position: Professional Development Coordinator

Location: Houston, TX

Clark Hill PLC is hiring a Professional Development Coordinator to be located in one of the following offices: Atlanta, GA; Collin County, TX; Dallas, TX, Houston, TX, or Pittsburgh, PA. This candidate will be responsible for:

  1. All logistics regarding firmwide training programs, including calendaring and scheduling;
  2. Assisting with all attorney and professional staff evaluation processes, along with the mentoring program;
  3. Working with the team on all aspects of CLE, including but not limited to, preparing timed agendas, post-program follow-up materials and feedback surveys, and completing audit reports;
  4. Assisting with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and programs.

This role requires extensive work with Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, and performance management software.

This team member must have outstanding organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to use good judgment while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This is an entry-level position with room for professional growth. Candidates must have an undergraduate degree. At least one year of professional development or training experience is preferred. This role will require on-site attendance during training and then will transition to a flexible hybrid role with three days per week in the office.

The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $50,000 - $60,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, Clark Hill offers employees the ability to participate in health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
