Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is hiring a Customer Service Representative responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned areas. You will perform janitorial duties, operate motorized cleaning equipment, and maintain daily upkeep while adhering to safety rules and company procedures, ensuring a safe, clean environment for staff and customers.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
• Maintain clean work area
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
• Take direction and respond to supervision
• Talk with lead, supervisor, coworkers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
• Fill in during staff shortage
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
• Use proper personal protective equipment
• Present a professional appearance and conduct
• Understand customer service and satisfaction
• Understand reporting systems, and of the environment
