Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned. The role requires following daily schedules, operating cleaning equipment, and maintaining a safe, orderly environment while communicating professionally with coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities include reporting hazards, complying with safety rules, supporting the shift lead, and presenting a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3-6 months training or experience preferred.
• May require forklift certification and valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual a plus; strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
• Maintain clean work area
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
• Take direction and respond to supervision
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co‑workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
• Fill in during staff shortage
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
• Use proper personal protective equipment
• Present a professional appearance and conduct
• Understand customer service and satisfaction
• Understand reporting systems, and of the environment
