Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas and supporting a safe, efficient workplace.

You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, report hazards, and collaborate with team leads to complete punch lists. The role requires reliable communication and adherence to safety procedures, with shift hours Monday through Friday from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Work in a team with other employees.
• Fill in during staff shortage and complete punch-list items.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
