Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• May require a valid driver's license and completed safety/task training certification.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Bilingual ability is a plus; strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and handling of cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area and report hazards.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures; work in a team.
• Interact professionally with leadership, coworkers, managers, and customers.
• Fill in during staff shortages and support shift lead on tasks.
