Qualifications

• Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Sufficiently communicate with co-workers and supervisors.
• Operate powered and non-powered janitorial equipment.
• Interpret written instructions and warning labels on cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• High dusting of surfaces above shoulder height.
• Sanitizing and spot cleaning around rooms and surfaces below shoulder height.
• Bathroom cleaning with germicidal solution and ordered steps.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners as needed.
• Floor dusting or vacuuming using dust mop and vacuum methods.
• Grounds care including cleaning ash urns, sidewalks and benches.
• Public common areas maintenance and window cleaning as needed.
• Food court cleaning including trash removal and table sanitizing.
• Floor sanitizing starting from back of room and behind doors.
• Self-inspection of room and ensuring furniture placement and cleanliness.
• Customer relations and service such as courteous communication and reporting issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or Account Manager.
