You will perform high dusting, sanitizing, bathroom cleaning, trash removal and floor care, ensuring guest areas remain spotless and welcoming. The role emphasizes attention to detail, safety, and courteous service, with responsibilities that include inspecting areas and reporting issues to supervision.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic janitorial work.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
• Knowledge of safe work practices.
• Familiar with cleaning chemicals per MSDS.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to communicate with coworkers and supervisors.
• Ability to operate janitorial equipment.
• Ability to interpret chemical labels.
• Good physical condition for lifting 30 lbs and stairs.

Responsibilities

• Dust and clean high surfaces.
• Sanitize and spot clean surfaces below shoulder height.
• Clean bathrooms with germicidal solution.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Dust mop and vacuum floors, reach under furniture.
• Care for outdoor grounds and outdoor areas.
• Maintain clean public areas and food court spaces.
• Sanitize floors starting from the back of the room.
• Inspect rooms and report issues to supervisor.
• Provide courteous customer service.
