Columbia Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a diligent janitorial associate to perform a range of cleaning tasks across assigned facilities. Responsibilities include high dusting, sanitizing surfaces, bathroom cleansing, trash disposal, floor care, and grounds upkeep.

The role requires adherence to safety practices, physical stamina, and the ability to follow instructions while maintaining a clean, orderly environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of janitorial operations.
• Familiarity with commonly used janitorial equipment and supplies.
• Understanding and application of MSDS chemical safety.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Effective communication with co-workers and supervisors.
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting and bending.

Responsabilités

• High dusting of surfaces above shoulder height around the room.
• Sanitizing surfaces below shoulder height with germicidal solutions.
• Clean bathrooms including fixtures, soap dispensers and dispensers.
• Empty trash cans; replace liners and sanitize as needed.
• Dust mop and vacuum floors; reach under furniture and corners.
• Clean outdoor grounds, benches, planters and trash areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of public common areas and windows.
• Spot clean food court tables, remove trash and sanitize surfaces.
• Sanitize floors starting from back of room and behind doors.
• Inspect room after cleaning and report any issues to supervisor.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by supervisor or account manager.
