Job summary

gpac is seeking a Civil Engineer specializing in Land Development in Scarborough, ME. You will conduct site analyses, prepare plans, and collaborate with surveyors, architects, and environmental engineers on multiple land development projects.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D, and a strong understanding of regulations. PE preferred; EITs are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–15 years of land development design experience.

Responsibilities

I have a well-known client who is currently seeking a Civil Engineer specializing in Land Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site analysis and assessments for proposed land development projects.


• Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and drawings for land development projects.


• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including surveyors, architects, and environmental engineers.


• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.


• Perform calculations related to grading, stormwater management, and utility design.


• Provide technical expertise during the construction phase, addressing challenges and ensuring project success.


• Participate in client meetings and presentations to convey engineering concepts and project updates.

Qualifications
