Job summary

Top Gun Staffing, Inc. seeks an experienced Civil Engineer to join our Land Development team and lead design and permitting for projects across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. This is ideal for an experienced EIT or young PE looking to advance toward project management.

You will design stormwater management systems, erosion controls, and manage permit applications with regulatory agencies, while guiding junior engineers and coordinating with project managers for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 3+ years of land development design and permitting experience, with expertise in stormwater management and erosion control.
• EIT or PE license or ability to obtain it through reciprocity.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and stormwater modeling tools.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.
• Ability to create and manage Excel spreadsheets, reports, and presentations using Word and PowerPoint.
