Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a PE license, a Bachelor’s in civil engineering, and 5+ years of experience in land development or public infrastructure. Travel to project sites and regulatory offices is expected.

Qualifications

Focus:

• Develop and refine civil engineering solutions for commercial, residential, and municipal site development, including grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater systems, and transportation-related improvements.

Skill Set:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited institution and an active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible civil engineering experience, ideally involving land development, site engineering, or public infrastructure.
• Proven ability to independently prepare, evaluate, and approve technical designs, engineering calculations, and construction documentation.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, related computer‑aided design software, Microsoft Office applications, and Bluebeam.
• Working knowledge of civil engineering regulations, permitting processes, construction standards, and applicable municipal requirements.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities, with experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams and managing competing project priorities.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel periodically to project sites, client meetings, and regulatory offices.
