Qualifications

CDL Class A or Class B license valid and current.
DOT Medical Certificate.
Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and clean driving history.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers, curtain-side trailers, flatbeds and Class B trucks as assigned.
Deliver building materials to residential and commercial sites.
Verify loads for accuracy before departure and coordinate with customers.
Secure cargo using proper load‑securement techniques.
Complete pre-trip, enroute, and post-trip inspections and related paperwork.
Maintain logs, fuel records, and delivery documentation.
Communicate with dispatch, yard staff, customers, and sales teams.
Assist with loading/unloading as needed.
Inspect delivered products for damage and report discrepancies.
