Job summary

EMPIRE RANCH RESIDENTIAL in Beaumont, CA is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with RBT credentials to support individuals with developmental disabilities. You will implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and help clients develop daily living and social skills in a caring environment.

Requires a high school diploma, relevant certifications, reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred (RBT, CPR First Aid, CPI, DSP1 & DSP2).
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated demeanor.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and training.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs, including evenings and weekends.
