Ideal candidates possess a high school diploma, relevant certifications preferred, and experience in the field. Qualifications

• Relevant certifications preferred (RBT, CPR First Aid, CPI, DSP1 & DSP2).
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living activities.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by a BCBA.
• Monitor and document progress on behavioral goals and objectives.
• Promote social skills and community integration.
