GOWO Affordable Care LLC is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide direct care and daily living support for individuals with IDD in Madison, TN. You will implement ISPs, assist with personal care and meals, and help clients participate in community activities.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in direct support, caregiving, or human services preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and person-centered approach to care.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors, family members, and healthcare professionals.
