GOLGOTA HEALTH SERVICES INC in Annandale, VA is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide essential support to individuals with disabilities, helping them maintain independence and improve quality of life.

You will follow individualized care plans, assist with daily living activities, monitor health, document progress, and collaborate with a care team to advocate for clients’ rights and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience in direct support or caregiving roles is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
