The role involves depositions, oral arguments and other courtroom activity; strong knowledge of county, state and federal rules is a plus. The firm notes this is not a first-year associate or partner-track position.

We are working with a well-established full-service Pennsylvania law firm that is looking to add * multiple * associates to their products liability team headquartered in Pittsburgh. Products Liability experience is a plus, but NOT REQUIRED.

Solid litigation experience as a practicing attorney and admission to practice in PA are an * ABSOLUTE MUST *.

Competitive candidates will have:

• 4+ years of attorney experience
• Previous participation in depositions, oral arguments and other courtroom activity
• Strong knowledge of county, state and federal court rules and procedures

Please note, this is a position for mid-level associate attorneys; the team is not currently seeking first year associate or partner-level candidates.
