Job description

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys handling complex product liability and mass tort litigation. The role provides full-cycle litigation support across discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial, with hybrid-remote eligibility after an initial training period.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and internal teams to support case strategy, discovery, trial preparation, and trial proceedings.
• Draft, review, cite-check, and proofread discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, notices, pleadings, motions, correspondence, and supporting documents.
• Organize and analyze case materials, including factual evidence, transcripts, medical records, deposition outlines, witness materials, exhibits, and document productions.
• Assist with databases, document review platforms, report generation, organizational systems, and trial support technology.

Required Skills

• Strong litigation support experience from case inception through resolution, preferably in product liability or mass tort matters.
• Excellent judgment, professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidential information.
• Strong writing, proofreading, grammar, communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, think critically, work independently, and support attorneys in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience

• Associate degree or paralegal certification required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Substantial product liability litigation experience may be considered in lieu of education requirements.
• Prior legal experience outside of a paralegal title may be considered toward qualification for the role.
