We are looking for sales producers to answer inbound sales calls from customers interested in obtaining home or auto insurance quotes. Your role will involve providing product knowledge and assisting them in selecting the most suitable coverage for their circumstances. We will supply you with a high volume of high-quality leads; your success in closing them will drive our growth together. Opportunities for advancement are available. We are seeking friendly and self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and enjoyable work environment. Not licensed? That's not an issue! We’re here to guide you through the process of obtaining your insurance license, and you can have it in just a few days.

The employee may perform other related duties necessary to meet the organization’s needs. We offer competitive compensation packages, including a base salary plus commission.
