Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Excellerate Continuous Improvement Manager to drive a metrics-driven CI culture across manufacturing facilities in Alabama.

You will design, lead and mentor CI initiatives based on Lean principles, standard work, value stream mapping and Kaizen. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years Lean/CI experience in high-mix/low-volume manufacturing, with 10-25% travel.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or business related field.
• Experience: 10+ years implementing lean strategies and CI in manufacturing with high-mix/low-volume production.
• Travel: 10-25% travel.
• Work Schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical expert in Lean Manufacturing tools and principles including 5S, Visual Management, Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping / Process Mapping, Kaizen, A3, Root Cause Analysis and Mistake Proofing.
• Create and update the CI Plan to develop and promote a Continuous Improvement culture within Excellerate.
• Organize, lead and maintain Excellerate-wide Continuous Improvement activities.
• Identify opportunities for improvement across facilities and implement measurable solutions.
• Develop education materials to deploy CI methodologies and tools across the organization.
• Provide coaching through hands-on facilitation and demonstration of Lean tools.
• Create metrics and track Operational Excellence progress via monthly scorecards.
