Job summary

IQ Resource Group is hiring for Immediate Production Workers on all shifts in Wilmot, WI. Weekly pay and an attendance incentive program are included.

Location: Wilmot, WI. Wage: $17.50-19.00/hr. Physical work involving standing and lifting up to 75 lbs throughout the shift. Training provided; CNC exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work on your feet for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs as needed.
• Experience with CNC machines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operators with taking parts off the machine.
• Trim excess flash/plastic.
• Use hand tools to drill holes and apply hardware.
• Stack and label parts.
• Operate CNC machines.

Effective 6/8/2026 through 8/28/2026 Attendance Incentive Program: $60 weekly bonus on Monday through Friday hours.

Hours:

• 1st 5a-3:30p M-Th
• 2nd 3p-1:30a M-Th
• 3rd 11p-7:30a Sun-Th

Responsibilities:

• Assisting Operators with taking parts off the machine
• Trimming off excess flash/plastic
• Using hand tools to drill holes and apply hardware
• Stacking and labeling parts
• Operating CNC machines
• Must be able to work on your feet for entire shift
• Standing, walking and lifting 50-75 lbs as needed throughout your shift
• Bending, twisting and stooping
