IQ Resource Group is looking for detail-oriented individuals to work as Production Inspectors and packagers for a local client in the Manitowoc Area. Qualified candidates will be responsible for ensuring all products meet customer quality standards prior to shipment.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented candidates preferred.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Visual inspection of parts.
• Identify and document quality problems, following established quality control procedures.
• Clip or trim finished parts using hand tools.
• Measures finished parts using instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Ensure machines are cycling properly.
• Ensure materials needed at the press are stocked, especially at shift change, without overstocking.
• Ensure proper inventory of parts.
• Notify management/supervisor of any product issues/concerns.
• Assist other shift personnel as needed.
• Maintain job documentation.

Wage: $16.14 to $21.14/hour

• 7a-3p
• 3p-11p
• 11p - 7a
