Job summary

IQ Resource Group, Inc. is hiring for a 2nd shift Food Production role just outside of Waupaca, WI. This full-time, on-site position offers a consistent schedule in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with strict hygiene and safety standards.

The wage is $19 per hour with hours from 3:55pm to 2am, Monday through Thursday, with overtime on Fridays. Ideal candidates are dependable, with good pace and attention to detail and the ability to read, write, and speak English.

The facility is clean, well-maintained, and fast-paced — and they’re looking for reliable support to keep things moving.

What You’ll Be Doing:You’ll rotate across the production line to provide support in different areas. This role is physically active and requires good pace and attention to detail.

Food Manufacturing Environment – GMPs Apply:All team members must follow strict hygiene and safety guidelines, including:

• No jewelry– All jewelry must be removed before entering the production area
• Cleanliness and food safety protocols must be followed at all times
• Facility is temperature-controlled around47°F
