Job summary

IQ Resource Group, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking production helpers to operate CNC machines and assist with parts handling. You will trim excess material, drill using hand tools, label and stack components, and support operators on the line.

Shifts run 1st, 2nd and 3rd, Monday through Friday, with hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, or 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The role offers $16–$17.50 per hour plus a $60 weekly attendance incentive during the program.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for entire shift and lift 50-75 lbs as needed.
• Experience with basic hand tools and CNC equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Operators with taking parts off the machine
• Trimming off excess flash/plastic
• Using hand tools to drill holes and apply hardware
• Stacking and labeling parts
• Operating CNC machines
• Must be able to work on your feet for entire shift
• Standing, walking and lifting 50-75 lbs as needed throughout your shift
• Bending, twisting and stooping
