Job summary

SOAR365 is seeking a Production Worker to support our warehouse and production operations in a safe, inclusive environment. You will learn hands-on tasks, work with a supportive team, and contribute to meaningful programs.

The role offers opportunities to develop job skills, participate in paid training, and grow within a rehabilitative nonprofit that serves people with disabilities. This position is part-time with daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Previous production experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic math skills and ability to complete paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Complete tote reprocessing per requirements.
• Refurbishment, refrigerant conditioning, sterilization, restocking follow procedures.
• Work collaboratively to meet daily production goals.
• Maintain safety standards and comply with policies.
• Participate in required paid training and apply skills.
• Maintain reliable attendance and communicate absences.
• Perform additional duties to support operations.

A Day in the Life of:

As a member of our team, you'll help prepare reusable shipping containers for use by cleaning, sterilizing, refurbishing, and restocking materials. You'll work alongside a supportive team in a safe warehouse environment, following established processes to ensure quality and efficiency every day.

This role offers the opportunity to build valuable workplace skills, learn different job tasks, and contribute to an operation that supports the delivery of important products.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. (arrival by 8:45 a.m.). There may be opportunities to work additional hours during busier times of the year when customer demand increases.

Requirements and Qualifications:

We're seeking dependable individuals who enjoy hands‑on work and can thrive in a team environment. Successful candidates will be able to remain focused on assigned tasks, adapt to changing priorities, follow instructions, and interact professionally with coworkers and customer staff.

Because this is a physically active role, candidates should be comfortable working in a warehouse setting, standing for extended periods, and handling materials throughout the workday.

Preferred qualifications include previous production experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong manual dexterity, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, basic math skills, and the ability to complete work‑related paperwork.

A pre‑employment drug screen is required for this position.
