  • Perform basic machine functions and assist with troubleshooting minor issues to support continuous operations.
  • Report all incidents immediately, including spills, injuries, property damage, safety hazards, and performance concerns.
  • Prompt and regular attendance is an essential function of this position. Employees are expected to report to work on time and maintain consistent attendance in accordance with company policy.
  • Must be willing to work overtime as required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet production or business needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support departmental and company objectives.

Position Overview

The Production Team Member is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. This position plays a key role in the production process by operating equipment, following standardized procedures, and ensuring that products meet company quality and safety standards.
