Job summary

SOAR365 is seeking a Production Worker to support our warehouse operations in a hands-on, team-based environment. You will help prepare reusable shipping containers by cleaning, refurbishing, sterilizing, and restocking materials, while following established processes to ensure quality and efficiency every day.

This part-time role offers learning opportunities, compliance with safety standards, and paid training. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Capable of working in a team environment and following established procedures.
• Able to remain focused on tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and interact professionally with coworkers and customers staff.
• Requires physical activity including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Complete tote reprocessing tasks per customer and SOAR365 requirements.
• Refurbish, refrigerant condition, sterilize, and restock materials per procedures.
• Work with team to meet daily production goals.
• Maintain safety standards and comply with policies.
• Participate in paid training and apply learned skills on the job.
• Maintain reliable attendance and communicate absences in advance.
• Perform additional duties to support operations.

A Day in the Life of:

As a member of our team, you'll help prepare reusable shipping containers for use by cleaning, sterilizing, refurbishing, and restocking materials. You'll work alongside a supportive team in a safe warehouse environment, following established processes to ensure quality and efficiency every day.

This role offers the opportunity to build valuable workplace skills, learn different job tasks, and contribute to an operation that supports the delivery of important products.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. (arrival by 8:45 a.m.). There may be opportunities to work additional hours during busier times of the year when customer demand increases.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Because this is a physically active role, candidates should be comfortable working in a warehouse setting, standing for extended periods, and handling materials throughout the workday.

Preferred qualifications include previous production experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong manual dexterity, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, basic math skills, and the ability to complete work‑related paperwork.

A pre‑employment drug screen is required for this position.
