SOAR365 is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to care for buildings, grounds, equipment, and vehicles across the organization in Richmond, VA. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections to keep facilities operating at their best, reporting to the Maintenance Manager and Facilities Management Director.
The role requires a high school diploma (preferred) and maintenance certification (preferred), along with ability to operate common tools and lift up to 150 lbs.

No two days are the same in this role. You'll help keep our buildings, grounds, and equipment safe, functional, and well-maintained by completing repairs, preventative maintenance, facility inspections, and grounds-related tasks. Working closely with the Facilities Management Director, you'll play an important role in supporting the people and programs that make SOAR365's mission possible.
