Production Worker (NDT Utility Worker - 3rd Shift)

Job Summary

This position will fill in gaps in labor for the hourly positions across the NDT Departments. The Utility Worker is responsible for performing any NDT Operation Job (up to Level 2).

Responsibilities

• Operate CMM machines, interpret results, and maintain quality records.
• Perform weld prep, weld blending, and internal inspections using boroscope.
• Manage FPI operations, including dispatching and line assistance.
• Process x-ray films, load/unload cassettes, and perform basic maintenance.
• Verify castings, perform marking operations, and package castings for shipping.
• Complete visual acuity tests and certification exams after training.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow all safety rules.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Basic math skills and computer knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and with attention to detail.

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting up to 25 lbs, walking, and standing.

Additional Information

Position located in Dover, NJ, working Sunday-Thursday, 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM. Starting hourly rate: $24.15, after 12 months: $26.77, with shift premium for off-shift. Benefits include paid vacation, holidays, 401(k), health insurance, and more.
