Production Worker (Wax Team Work Cell - 3rd Shift)

Position Overview

This job involves assisting in the setup and creation of wax molds.

Responsibilities
  • Support in wax injection, inspection, setup (assembly), core prep, and use of Aussie Bds.
  • Perform various manufacturing tasks to support schedules.
  • Support cell operations and perform assigned duties as directed by supervision.
  • Complete wax cell training program and vision testing requirements.
Environmental Health & Safety Responsibilities
  • Implement EHS values and policies.
  • Comply with all EHS regulations and wear PPE.
  • Report injuries, safety concerns, and attend EHS training.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to perform detailed and repetitive work, manual dexterity.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand, and sit frequently.
Additional Details

Work hours are Sunday night to Thursday night, 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM, with training on day shift. Starting hourly rate is $23.42, increasing to $26.05 after 12 months, with shift premiums for off-shift work. Benefits include paid vacation, holidays, 401(k), health insurance, life insurance, EAP, tuition assistance, and free gym membership.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S., reside within 50 miles of Dover, NJ, and pass all background and vision tests. No relocation assistance is provided.
