Howmet Engines specializes in manufacturing aero engine and industrial gas turbine components, including airfoils, rings, disks, and forgings. We utilize vacuum melted superalloys, machining, coatings, and hot isostatic pressing to produce high-performance parts that support quieter, more fuel-efficient engines and cleaner power generation. Our Dover Casting division supplies investment-cast turbine airfoils and other components for aerospace and industrial markets. Dover Alloy provides vacuum and air-melted superalloys to various high-tech industries.
We are seeking a Monoshell Operator to join our Dover Casting team in Dover, New Jersey. The work hours are on the Midnight Shift (10 PM - 6:30 AM). Training will be provided on the first shift (Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM).
Starting hourly rate: $24.79. After 12 months: $27.35. The position includes an hourly shift premium while working off-shift.

The Monoshell Operator monitors the dipping robot, ensuring molds are dipped per specifications.
